What should I do with my flowers/foliages/plants when they first arrive?

Your flowers may seem a little floppy when they arrive. This is completely normal, they just need a good drink. Snip an inch off the bottom of the stems and place in fresh water. Within 12-24hrs, your flowers will refresh beautifully. For plants, please give them a good drink and sit them in a clean sink of water before potting.

Do your flowers come ready arranged?

If you order one of our Flower/Foliage Boxes, the flowers/foliages will come bunched separately ready to be stripped of their leaves, snipped and arranged in water. Our aim is to enable you to enjoy arranging flowers in your own home.

My order has arrived but there problem. What should I do?

We want you to be delighted with your order but please do get in touch within 24hrs after receiving your purchase by sending an email to hello@hellopetal.com. We will come back to you as soon as possible. Please include your order number, name and address and any photographs of your order. Subject to reviewing the photographs, we will offer a refund or send a replacement.

There is a problem with my DIY Pot Kit. What should I do?

On receipt of your DIY Pot Kit, if there is a problem with the pot, for example it has broken in transit, we will send a replacement to you as soon as we can. If there is a problem with the plant, for example if it has been damaged in transit, we will send a replacement plant as soon as we can. If for a certain reason it is appropriate to refund you for the plant, we will refund for the plant only and not the whole kit (including postage costs).

For any DIY Pot Kit issues, please contact us no more than 24hrs after receiving your purchase by sending an email to hello@hellopetal.com. We will come back to you as soon as possible. Please include your order number, name and address and any photographs of your order. Subject to reviewing the photographs, we will arrange a solution for you.

I’ve placed an order but would like to cancel. How do I do this?

Please contact us at hello@hellopetal.com to cancel or amend your order. We cannot accept cancellations or amendments within 7 days prior to your delivery date.

I would like to return an item. How do I do this?

Please contact us at hello@hellopetal.com to return an item within 14 days of your delivery. We cannot accept returns for our DIY Pot Kits, flower/foliage boxes, wreaths and wreath kits. The delivery charge on your items are not refundable.

Additional Information.

Some of the flowers and foliages we use can be harmful or poisonous to pets. Some of our flower and foliage boxes contain berries which may appear appealing to small children. Please be mindful of this when arranging your flowers.

On occasion, we may need to substitute a floral/foliage variety due to supply issues out of our control. We will always use stems which we feel are equally beautiful and suit the style and aesthetic of Hello Petal.
